Dear Parents,
Happy New Year and welcome back after the Christmas break.
February Half Term is just around the corner and we have some exciting activities planned to keep everyone busy durning the holidays.
For those of you who are new to holiday care at Treetops, the main activities on the booking form are the adult led activities for the each day. We do believe however, that the school holidays are your child’s chance to unwind from the structure and conformity of the school day and they should be allowed to plan their own day and choose what to join in with.
We think this is what sets us apart from many of the structured holiday clubs, if your child want to play outside all morning they can, if they want to get the paints out they can.
You may book any number of hours you need during the day between 7.30am and 6pm.
Children need to bring a packed lunch, a mid morning and mid afternoon snack and a NAMED water bottle.
If you have a questions please message us Via Famly if you have an account or email julia@treetopskidsclub.co.uk
Please click the blue link (below the photo) below to print off a booking form or copies are available for you to collect from Treetops.

Dear Parents and Carers,
With the summer holidays just around the corner we are delighted to publish our programme of activities.
We have lots planned to make it a really fun summer. My favourite (which I will make sure I’m on the rota for) is the alpaca experience where we will be able to walk some alpacas around the school field!

Other visitor activities include The Shropshire Wildlife Trust and a science worksop on rockets. Also the return of the very popular Arthog day, climbing up the tower and canoeing on The Mere.

We are also delighted to be participating in The HAF programme, providing food and holiday activities for children eligible to receive free school meals.
If you are not registered with Treetops you will need to complete a registration form and privacy notice as well as a summer booking form.
Printed forms are also available to collect from Treetops. Links below to print off your own forms at home.
Best wishes,
Julia and the team

There are two types of booking forms as we have been successful in gaining funding from the DfE. This is part of the Holiday Activities Fund (HAF) for children in receipt of free school meals. The funding covers a free packed lunch which will be provided by Jenny’s Catering Services. Parents will have a weekly menu to choose from to pick sandwich fillings, choice of fruit, crisps, yogurt etc.
If your child in not eligible for FSM you have the option of booking a packed lunch Monday to Thursday when the scheme is running. The cost will be £3.50 per lunch. Please tick the appropriate box on the booking form and you will be sent a menu order form nearer the time.
Please print the correct booking form for the type of session you are booking and return to Treetops. Hard copies are also available for collection.
