Booking into our School Day clubs or our Holiday Clubs are done by completing a paper form and returning it to us.
Parents who are using our services for their child for the first time must also complete and return a registration form, one per child and a privacy notice (one per family). An up to date list of our fees can been found on our Fees Page.

Our adult led activities and visitor activities are shown in our activity programme and we organise sports and groups games daily. In addition to these, children are allowed to play freely and join in with whatever interests them.

Booking form
HAF Sessions
We are proud to support the DfE Holidays and Food Activities Programme (HAF) during Easter and summer holidays. This is for children eligible for FSM (due to low income) and bookings should be made via a Google form link below.
Do not book a place until you have received a HAF code from your child’s school.
HAF sessions entitle you to 4 sessions per week from 9.30am to 1.30pm and include a healthy packed lunch.
For the Easter holidays one week is available and summer holidays the DfE provides funding for 4 weeks. Please see the booking form for the sessions available.
HAF eligible children who are not registered with Treetops also need to complete a registration form as well as a booking form.
